Where are REVIAN treatment data and photos stored?
When the REVIAN app starts a treatment the REVIAN cap begins recording the treatment data including date, time, temperature, as well as the digital ID of each unique cap serial number (UDI). The treatment data is then transmitted from the REVIAN cap to the REVIAN app. When the device running the REVIAN app is connected to the internet (via mobile data or Wi-Fi), the treatment data is uploaded to the REVIAN database hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services). Accessing REVIAN treatment data helps to monitor performance of the REVIAN cap and app while troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The REVIAN database is secured and only accessible by REVIAN support personnel and engineers.
