In order to qualify for this Money Back Guarantee, the User must have a minimum of 80% treatment compliance as reported within their user dashboard during their first six months (180 days) of use. If the User is not fully satisfied with his or her results, the Buyer must notify the Seller that they wish to return the Device by submitting a ticket via the Revian app on their mobile device during the seventh month (day 180 – day 210) after the date of first treatment. The Seller will review the User information to ensure the User was a minimum of 80% compliant with the recommended treatment regimen and then provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (the “RMA”) number. The Buyer will be responsible for shipping the Device back to the Seller with the RMA number. Once the Device has been received, the Seller will process a refund made to the form of payment the Buyer used to pay for the purchase.
