Yes, it is safe to get a perm while using REVIAN. The REVIAN cap does produce very low levels of heat, so if you feel that might affect the styling, you may choose to wait until the day after to treat again, however the perm will not affect the efficacy of REVIAN light therapy, nor will the perm be negatively affected by the red light therapy.
