How Do I Add a Second User to My REVIAN Cap?

The REVIAN RED Hair Growth System is a Class II FDA-regulated medical device indicated for use once per day per registered user. To add a second user, the primary account holder must invite the second user via the Revian App.  IMPORTANT: To add a second user, you must be on Revian App Version 2.2.2+

To invite 2nd User:
  1. In the app, tap the “Menu” icon in the top left corner
  2. Tap “Settings
  3. Tap “Add a 2nd User
**Please note, as the primary account holder, you must complete your first treatment before you will be able to send the invite.**

Once you have sent the invite, the 2nd user will receive an email with subject line “Revian: You’ve been added as a 2nd user." This will provide next steps for the 2nd user to get started. If the 2nd user does not see the invite email in their inbox, please have them check their spam folder.

Tips for 2 users in one household:
  1. After one person runs a treatment for the day, it is recommended that the 2nd user wait 2-3 minutes before running their treatment to ensure treatment data gets properly uploaded.
  2. With two users running 20 minutes of treatments, it is recommended to charge the cap after both users have treated for the day. The cap can run 2-3 treatments on a single charge.
  3. Not all head sizes are the same! It is important that the cap fits snuggly on your head so the cap’s sensor will activate. If you need to adjust the fitting, please use the additional foam headliners provided in the REVIAN packaging.
