If you have been logged out and have forgotten your password, tap Log In at the bottom of the Welcome screen of the Revian app, then tap Forgot Password to have a password reset link sent to your registered email address.
If you do not see the email with the password reset link after a few minutes, check that you are looking at the email account you registered with in the Revian app, and also check you junk/spam folders.
