Each Revian Red cap only supports up to two (2) users: a Primary User and a Secondary User. If additional users would like to receive treatments, an additional Revian Red cap would need to be purchased.

To add a Secondary User:

1. Open the Revian App and tap the Menu icon  in the upper left corner.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Add a 2nd User.

Please note that the Primary User must complete their first treatment before sending an invitation to a Secondary User.

Once the invitation is sent, the Secondary User will receive an email with the subject line “Revian: You've been added as a 2nd user.” This email will include instructions for getting started. If the email does not appear in their inbox, please ask them to check their spam or junk folder.

Family Sharing and Bluetooth Connections

The Revian Cap supports up to two users through Family Sharing. Because of how the current firmware manages Bluetooth connections, occasional cross-talk may occur when multiple phones are nearby and actively paired with the Cap.

Primary User Transfers

The Primary User associated with a device cannot be changed without Revian’s approval. Because Revian Red is an FDA-regulated medical device, it is intended for use by one registered Primary User. Exceptions may be granted in very limited circumstances.

Returns and the Money-Back Guarantee

As explained in the Terms of Sale, Revian Red is an FDA-regulated medical device, if you open the sealed cellophane wrapping around the device box, the device is considered used, even if it has not been used for a treatment. Once the seal has been broken or removed, the device cannot be resold and is not eligible for a standard return.

Therefore, we cannot accept standard returns once the sealed cellophane wrapping has been broken or removed.

However, Revian Red includes a money-back guarantee. If you do not achieve the results you hoped for after completing at least 80% of your treatments over six months, you may return the device for a full refund, if you are not satisfied.
